As the CEO of the foundation, Chauntey’s strengths lie in strategic vision, leadership development, and creating impactful programs that align with the organization’s mission. Her passion for empowering individuals, fostering character growth, and driving innovative initiatives ensures the foundation not only meets but exceeds its goals, creating lasting change in the communities it serves.

Erma is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience as a Head Registered Nurse in the trauma unit, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and critical decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. In addition to her clinical expertise, Erma served as a Union Representative, passionately advocating for fair treatment, equitable pay, and improved working conditions for nurses. Currently serving as the CFO for the foundation, Erma leverages her strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills to ensure fiscal responsibility, sustainable growth, and the effective allocation of resources to support the foundation’s mission. Her unique blend of healthcare, advocacy, and financial leadership drives impactful change both within and beyond the organization.

Tyra is a dedicated social worker with a Master’s in Social Work and a strong background in advocacy, community support, and administrative leadership. With a passion for serving others, Tyra brings a unique blend of organizational efficiency and compassionate care to her role as the Secretary for the foundation. Her administrative and secretarial skills include managing communications, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Tyra’s attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to the foundation’s mission play a vital role in supporting its growth and impact within the community.
